Eggs with Avocado
This dish can be served as a salad or a vegetarian meal. It is fast to prepare and very healthy.
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 avocados (hass)
olive oil
pepper, salt to season
4 pitta bread
4 tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
Shell the eggs, and put into a bowl with the peeled avocados. Mash together roughly with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the tomatoes and cucumber and mix well in separate bowl.
Serve with warm pitta bread.
